Hi, I'm Coach!

My name is Tom, but people just call me Coach. I will work hand in hand with you to transform your life, and work very differently to a normal personal trainer who you only talk with for an hour or so a week.
You and I will be chatting throughout the day:
- First thing in the morning to check how you slept
- Setting the plan for today's activities and workouts
- Planning your meals for the day
- During your workouts for real-time support
- After your walks or other activities
- Throughout the day to keep you on track
- Before bed to get your step count for the day!
I keep detailed records of all your workouts, and food log. You can just send me a pic of everything you eat/drink and I will log that for you!
